Tagged on-the-wire payload for a single box value.

• kind: "string" — UTF-8 JSON payload, routed through the legacy set(path, value: String) / get(path) -> String ABI methods. Used for paths NOT covered by the schema (partial-schema fallback) and for stores with no schema at all.
• kind: "bytes" — raw ARC4 bytes, routed through the new set_bytes(path, value: Bytes) / get_bytes(path) -> Bytes ABI methods. Used for schema-covered paths so another contract can box_get + arc4.decode natively without going through a JSON envelope.
