fetchBoxesAtRound(ep, appId, round, opts): Promise<StoreBoxes>

The store’s boxes at the end of round, read from algod (/v2/applications/{id}/boxes?round=R&include=values). Any round on a time travel node; a stock node rejects rounds it no longer has.
